With his family successfully but his baggage delay there for 10 hour then he was informed travel TPA no already mention in policy but they are not ready to entertained this claim ,that time he want only register it . TPA guys told him the are not register it because 12 hours are deductible in Baggage delay section . Then he fills really he did not read his policy wording .which is most important to make the claim . there is no need read every section but when you are going to register the travel claim then its should be clear .
