In The case of Reimbursement -
In the case of reimbursement documents are required -
Medical Treatment
1:- Travel Policy Copy
2:-Passport Copy
3:Signed claim form
4:-Copy of the passport and visa with entry and exit stamp.
5:Copy of ticket and Boarding Pass
6:- Original Medical Bill / Medical Report / Original Payment receipt / any voucher /Discharge summary
In baggage delay or Checked baggage loss:-
1:- Travel Policy Copy
2:-Passport Copy
3:Signed claim form
4:-Copy of the passport and visa with entry and exit stamp.
5:Copy of ticket and Boarding Pass
6:- Flight delay latter of airlines /Loss of Property latter.
7:-expanses Bill during delay
In the case of loss of Passport
1:- Travel Policy Copy
2:-Passport Copy
3:Signed claim form
4:FIR copy
5:- Expanse Bill
6:-Copy of New passport.
